MAXFPS Terms of Use

Welcome to MAXFPS / Automix.me. By accessing or using our websites, game servers, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.


1. Eligibility & Access

  • Our services are intended for users aged 13 and older.
  • Use of the services is free, but requires a valid Steam account to connect to game servers.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or use alternate Steam profiles to evade bans or exploit the system.

    • 2. Rules of Conduct

    All users must follow the server rules below.
    Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans, without warning.


    General Behavior

  • Treat others respectfully and fairly.
  • Do not promote other communities or servers.
  • Do not engage in racism, hate speech, harassment, NSFW behavior, or spam.

    • Automix Server-Specific Terms

    By typing .ready and joining a match, you accept these conditions:

  • Matches may last 50 minutes or longer, especially with overtime.
  • Play to win, cooperate with your team, and do not sabotage or throw the game.
  • Leaving an ongoing match will result in automatic bans, as it negatively affects all players.

    • 3. Bans and Appeals

    Users who violate the rules may be banned.

  • Ban appeals can be submitted via our SourceBans system.
  • Decisions are made at our discretion. Abuse of the appeal system may result in denial.

    • 4. Prohibited Activities

    You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Using cheats, hacks, or automation tools
  • Abusing game breaking bugs or exploits in the game or servers (This does not include gameplay mechanics like bunnyhopping or general flashboosting).
  • Tampering with our software or infrastructure
  • Impersonating staff or falsifying account identities
  • Interfering with server performance or other users' experiences

    • 5. Intellectual Property

    All content and server configurations provided by MAXFPS are the property of MAXFPS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the services without permission.


    6. Changes to the Terms

    These Terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.


    7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    The service is provided "as is" and without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free performance, or uninterrupted access.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any data loss, gameplay issues, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms, with or without notice.

    • 8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
